Outhouse Timber Framing is a regular participant in the annual Green Build Exhibition held at Felbrigg. This event is organised by North Norfolk District Council to promote the use of sustainable building practices.

In 2009 NNDC commissioned us to build an oak framed site office for their use in the show. Roofed with cedar shingles and with 7” posts braced with stainless steel cables the site office is demountable and will be reused year after year.

Working with RJ Bacon Builders, Outhouse has completed a hip roofed, two bay cartshed in Salthouse just ahead of the first snows of winter.

Roofed in traditional pantiles, and to be clad in oak boards, the cartshed sits overlooking the marshes of the north Norfolk coast.
